In 2020, LAFAZA funded the construction of a spring-fed cistern and water distribution system to bring potable water to 600 residents in the community of Antambolina, which is in the District of Mananara-Avaratra.
According to World Health Day, 2 billion people lack safe drinking water globally. LAFAZA is committed to supporting Malagasy farmers who practice sustainable agroforestry and protect Madagascar's water sources by supporting local water infrastructure development and preventing waste or chemicals from entering local waterways and groundwater. #HealthierTomorrow
