- 1 and 3/4 cups of Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp of Cake Flour
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 12 large Egg Whites
- 1 and 1/2 tsp of Cream Of Tartar
- 1 and 1/2 tsp of Pure Vanilla Extract
- Optional Toppings: Confectioners’ Sugar for dusting, Whipped Cream, and Berries
