This keto Celebration Pie is the perfect dessert to celebrate the Fourth of July! It's low in carbs and sugar but delicious and sure to put a smile on your guests' faces! Crust Ingredients:

  • 110 g of Fine Almond Flour
  • 30 g of Swerve Brown or Other Brown Sugar Alternative
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 stick (2 oz) unsalted butter, melted

Filling Ingredients:

 

  • 3/4 cups of Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla flavored Liquid Stevia Drops
  • 1 envelope of Plain Gelatin Powder
  • 1 brick of Cream Cheese
  • 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 85 g (3 oz) of Swerve Granular or Other Sugar Alternative
  • Grated peel from 1 Lemon
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 8 oz of Sour Cream

Topping Ingredients:

  • 13 Fresh Blueberries
  • 18 Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 Large Strawberry
