Filling Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of Sugar
- 1/3 cup of All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 2 cups of Milk
- 3 slightly beaten Egg Yolks
- 2 tbsps of Butter
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1 (9 inch) Baked Pastry Shell
Meringue Ingredients
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1/4 tsp of Cream of Tartar
- 1/2 tbsp of Vanilla Extract
- 6 tbsp of Sugar
