This Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough recipe offers a bit of tang that tastes great buttered up for breakfast, delicious with peanut butter and could even be grilled into a delicious panini! Dough Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Sourdough Starter, Ripe (fed) or Discard
- 3 cups of Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 2 1/2 tsp of Instant Yeast
- 1 tbsp of Granulated Sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 1 Large Egg
- 5 tbsp of Softened Butter
- 2/3 cup of Lukewarm Water
Filling Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ceylon Cinnamon
- 2 tsp of Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Large Egg, Beaten with 1 tbsp of Water
- 1/2 cup of Raisins
