Vanilla Bean Soft Caramels

Nothing melts in your mouth quite like these soft vanilla caramels. Ready in just 45 minutes, they're an excellent after-dinner snack.   • 2 1/2 cups of Sugar
  • 2 cups of Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 cup of Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean, split lengthwise and seeds scraped
  • 1 stick of Unsalted Butter, cut into tbsp and softened
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • Sesame Seeds (Optional Inclusion)
  • Pink Peppercorn (Optional Topping)
